Historique :	Tabernacle probablement conçu pour le maître-autel, jadis accompagné de gradins et d'ailes (ceux du tabernacle de la chapelle nord ?) ; pas de certitude sur le nom du sculpteur Jean de Goullons qui l'aurait exécuté à Angoulême en 1679 ; dans cette hypothèse, le tabernacle aurait été repris en 1714 par le sculpteur Girouard, de Poitiers
